I have had the privilege of serving as the Secretary of the Kerala State Pravasi Welfare Development Co-operative Society Limited (4455) in Malappuram since April 15, 2014. With over a decade of service, I have dedicated myself to supporting and empowering the Pravasi (Non-Resident Keralite) community. Under my leadership, we have achieved significant milestones while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory frameworks and promoting innovation to address community needs.

Pravasis Limited (No: 4455, Malappuram) is a Kerala-based Class-1 Co-operative Society established in 2006, focusing on the welfare and development of Pravasis. It operates through four divisions: Finance (offering savings, loans, and NORKA’s NDPREM scheme), Pravasi Service Centers (providing services statewide and employing over 650 people), IT (developing software for co-operatives), and Pravasis Academy (offering skill and language training). The society serves over 10,000 members and employs 52 staff.

I strongly believe in the power of teamwork and have been fortunate to receive robust support from our Board of Directors and colleagues. This collaborative environment has helped bring many visionary ideas to life. Throughout my tenure, I’ve worked closely with governmental and private stakeholders, including the District Treasury and Norka Roots, to secure essential funding and subsidies. My focus on organizational management and service has fostered a culture of trust and cooperation within the Society, driving long-term success and making a meaningful impact on the welfare and development of the Pravasi community.
