Started in the telecom industry in 2003 with BPL Mobile and later with Airtel, focusing on customer relations and business growth analysis across multiple brands for over six years. Later transitioned to the construction materials sector, working with one of India’s top brands, leading marketing and business growth initiatives for three years.

In 2011, launched Momentum Projects, active for more than a decade. The company began with a focus on prefabricated construction, especially dry wall systems, and has grown into one of Kerala’s leading names, operating across four verticals: residential and commercial construction (Momentum Projects), wholesale and retail material trading (Momentum Trading), in-house and third party production, and complete supply and installation services.

Currently associated with five major brands, holding all Kerala dealership rights for two of them. The business has served more than 7000 clients, including more than 2000 construction customers, and maintains a distribution network of over 700 regular dealers.

Projects range from independent villas and commercial developments to modular, fast track constructions such as hospitals, offices, resorts, and restaurants. The focus remains on delivering efficient, scalable prefabricated solutions tailored to the evolving needs of both residential and commercial spaces across Kerala.
